Working with Tracey was one of the best decisions we made. Tracey is knowledgeable, friendly and really knows her market. She was uber responsive to our questions and concerns and really took time to engage in a dialogue with us to find the best fit for our needs. What set her apart from other agents we spoke with was her creativity. She brought new perspectives that we didn’t think of and then took the initiative to get the job done all while making sure we were comfortable with the entire process. Tracey was great to work with. She really was a calming effort in selling our house because I was in the middle of a divorce and it was our marital home. Tracey has a background of a social worker and she uses that experience to bring us (the sellers) to non-emotional reactions and decisions. She explained everything when we had questions, she got us information that we needed, she worked well with our two little toddlers.
